Preserve and expand capacity of the roadway network. Projected capital costs: $266,000,000.

* H1 Eastgate Parkway between I-275 and SR 32 (Plan update: Although the Eastgate Parkway is listed as a recommendation, efforts are underway to identify alternative solutions based on public input and other factors. Additional improvements to State Route 32 may eliminate the need for Eastgate Parkway.)
