A number of political jurisdictions occur within the Eastern Corridor.

Main areas include Anderson and Columbia Townships in Hamilton County, Union and Miami Townships in Clermont County, the City of Cincinnati, the Villages of Fairfax, Mariemont, Newtown, Terrace Park and Indian Hill, and the City of Milford.

All of these communities helped develop the adopted concept plan for transportation improvements in the Corridor, and also participated in land use visioning work.

Political Jurisdictions

These partners are providing the primary resources and financial support to keep the Eastern Corridor study moving forward. The Hamilton County Transportation Improvement District, on behalf of and in coordination with the local funding partners, is responsible for administration of the study. This committee, originally assembled as OKI’s Eastern Corridor Task Force conducted the MIS phase work for the Corridor project. The group has reconvened to continue in a similar role in the Preliminary Engineering phase. This committee will review and help guide the work of the preliminary engineering consultant.
