Eastern Corridor Project Milestones Include:
1999 - Major Investment Study (MIS)
approved unanimously by jurisdictions and incorporated into region's long-range transportation plan.
2002 - Land Use Vision Plan
is adopted and now being implemented by several jurisdictions within the Eastern Corridor.
2004 - Tier One Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) Summary

2004 - Benefit/Cost Analysis Preliminary Findings
are presented to project partners; transportation benefits are projected to outweigh costs by a 2 to 1 margin.
