The plan for the Eastern Corridor is formulated to address critical transportation and growth issues facing the region. Problems resulting from these issues are expected to increase over time due to the region’s expected population and employment growth.

This branch highlights both the needs and the factors that had to be considered to effectively address the issues--not just to solve the problems as they exist today, but into the future as well.
