The Eastern Corridor Land Use Vision Plan was completed in April 2002 to establish a shared vision of communities and neighborhoods to guide future growth. Communities involved are: Village of Fairfax, Village of Mariemont, Village of Newtown, Village of Terrace Park, City of Cincinnati, City of Village of Indian Hill, City of Norwood, City of Silverton, City of Madeira, and Anderson Township and Columbia Township in Hamilton County; the City of Milford in both Hamilton and Clermont Counties; and Batavia, Miami, and Union Townships in Clermont County. The Land Use Vision Plan was adopted by the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission on August 1, 2002 |

The Eastern Corridor Land Use Vision Plan may be reviewed at the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, at the Eastern Corridor Field Office (4790 Red Bank Expressway in suite 206/208) on Tuesdays through Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and on the internet at www.easterncorridor.org. |

§ 713.25 – Relevant Text of Ohio Revised Code
The planning commission of any municipal corporation to which a regional or county plan is certified under section 713.24 of the Revised Code, may adopt such plan, and it shall thereupon have the same force within such municipal corporation as is provided by law or charter for plans prepared and adopted by the local planning commission. The board of county commissioners may adopt such plan so far as it relates to nonmunicipal territory. Thereafter no public building, roadway, bridge, viaduct, or other public improvement or utility, publicly or privately owned, whose construction or location would constitute a departure from the plan, shall be constructed or authorized by the board except by unanimous vote. Such plans shall not designate the specific lots or parcels of land upon which such system, facilities, buildings, and improvements are proposed to be placed, but only the general site or location thereof.
